Ammo Management
We used this ammo counter/packer for many years but in recent times we simplified life by giving clients 1000 ball
caddies with 500 paintballs in them. The counter/packer put balls by exact count into "quick cap" tubes (pictured below) in 50 or 100 ball sizes. An auto advance tray system let us load 3000 or 6000 balls per tray in very rapid fashion. The ammo was then dispensed by the tube directly into client's guns. The system was a labour hassle but kept ammo use down for younger groups and provided good value to clients and groups. A punch card system streamlined distribution. Ammo security for each client wasn't a concern as is the case with bulk caddies.
If you see a use for the specialized system, the price will be right! The unit served us well and is not something that wears out. A lot of effort went into the design and construction! And there is a HUGE stock of storage tubes to go with the machine.

68 calibre paintball counter, heater, and distribution system. This counting/packing/distribution centre was made for use by young team groups who wanted a type of self serve ammo system that regulated paintball use by a group of young and enthusiastic players who needed to heed a group budget. The unit was ideal for cold weather events where an ammo warmer was helpful in preventing ball breakage in guns.
The system gives exact count on 50 and 100 ball containers. The containers have snap tops, making for rapid dumping but the storage design really doesn't require capping at all.
While balls are being packed, a bank of balls are being warmed, and a foam cube storage block keeps preheated ammo warm.
The punch card system is used to keep track of the consumption of each player.
Great for economy and fairness and reliable cold weather ammo performance.
50 Calibre Count and Pack Systems X 2
The packing funnels allow you to select how many tubes you want to fill. The 50 and 100 ball tubes are sized to hold those numbers within a very close margin. The storage tube, of which there are many, are sealed on the bottom and the plastic caps snap on and off easily.
